— Our intelligent charging system sets the charging speed automatically, depending on the number of vehicles at the station.
— The charger automatically adapts its strategy according to the battery voltage, charge rate and temperature.
— When the sleeve of the vehicle is inserted into the box on the station, the station identifies the vehicle automatically.
— Identification registers the end of the ride and verifies that the vehicle belongs to the network.
— Vehicle is locked even there is no cellular or electrical connection
— Scooters and bikes remain locked until the battery level reaches the minimum level configured by the operator
— A user unlocks the vehicle with a dedicated mobile app or with an RFID badge scanned directly on the badge reader, if applicable.
— An operator can also unlock via a web interface or mechanically.
— Stations are connected to the cellular network (GPRS, NB-IoT or LTE-M) via a communication module equipped with an industrial grade multi-operator SIM card.
— KNOT teams send OTA (over-the-air) updates to the station for all new functionalities
— The alert sound indicates vehicle unlocking, end of trip or errors. Sound can be calibrated
— Light alerts indicate the different vehicle statuses.
